There you will see if your phone is official or unofficial i.e. registered. Rules for foreign mobile registration
First you have to access this website https://neir.btrc.gov.bd/auth/login. Then you can create an account from here. You don't need any money to do this account, you can do it for free. Once the account is created, you will get an option inside your account called Special Registration. Going here, you will give your mobile IMEI number of 15 digits. If you do not know the IMEI number of your mobile then you can get it only by dialing this code * # 06 # from your mobile phone.
Then you need to submit the required documents for mobile registration (eg: passport visa, immigration, mobile purchase receipt, etc.).
Once the paperwork is submitted, if your mobile is valid, it will be automatically registered. And if your mobile phone is not valid, you will be notified via SMS.
